For over 30 years, Nathan’s foundation of store leadership, compliance, real estate, and understanding of retail partners/sub-agent channels, has allowed him to adapt to many changing evolutions of the business and produce revenue in the hundreds of millions.

Gabriel has years of experience in the legal field, with strong litigation, real estate and contract negotiation acumen. Gabriel has provided legal expertise on transactions, commercial contracts and legal compliance in business-to-business, wholesale, retail, accounting, insurance and other industries. Gabriel also has several years of experience in leading and implementing a diversity and inclusion council in the workplace.

With a background in corporate communications and event planning, Sylvia has led teams and established relationships with vendors and coordinating travel. Sylvia has helped capitalize and create campaigns, collaborating with all partners in the planning process, including subcontractors.

Alejandro has been part of the New Jersey cannabis market since 2018. Throughout his tenure in the cannabis industry he has held a multitude positions from cashier to corporate executive. Alejandro has helped scale multi-state operators as well as mom-and-pop style dispensaries. Alejandro brings expertise in cannabis-based compliance, operations, and cultivation.
